All online sales of fabric, patterns and cut products are final, no returns can be made on online orders other than prepackaged notions in their original unopened package. if your unsure of an item please call or stop in. Any requests for sub cuts will be met with a $1 per cut fee added to order. otherwise all fabric requests will be made in single cuts. If we have to draw from 2 bolts of the same fabric to meet the requested yardage we will call to verify that it is acceptable. Packaging of items will vary depending on items size and weight. If you need overnight shipping please call during business hours to arrange that thank you. We do NOT ship outside the Continental United States. Shipping prices are based on shipping and handling plus packing costs. Price of shipping on box when it arrives may differ. Any order placed after 12:00 Pacific Coast time zone on a business day will be processed and shipped the next day. All orders made before 11:59am Pacific Time Zone can be done same day. Orders placed after noon on Friday, or over the weekend will be processed Monday unless Monday is a holiday.
