October Newsletter

Oct. 2018 Newsletter from Sew-into-Quilts & Sew-Fix-it, llc.

Hello and Happy October!  The leaves are so absolutely stunning they inspire me to choose those colors for projects.  Don’t they for you too?  This morning was the first real frost of the fall and now those lovely leaves are falling ever so gently to cover the ground in their lovely aray of colors in natures quilt.  We are getting lots of quilts turned in here at the shop for the WSQ Quilt show.  Is yours one of them?

We would like to thank everyone who has inquired about Twila and her surgery.  We are so thankful it went well and she is back in the shop, not full time yet but building up and she will be with us at the WSQ Quilt Show.  We are asking for your help in making her behave please.  Doctors orders are “NO Lifting until the New Year”.  This is particularly hard with regard to the bolts of fabrics.  On days when Casey isn’t working we need to make sure she doesn’t try to lift bolts and/or return bolts to the shelves.  Your assistance with this would be greatly appreciated as we sure don’t want her to have to go through this again!

We would like to welcome Suellen Boyd, Cathy Kendrick, Nina Paul, Linda Jones and Carol DePew to the Handi-Quilter family.  We truly you hope you enjoy your machines and love them as much as we do.  Remember we are only a phone call away if you need help or questions answered.  We look forward to   seeing each of you at our Autumn Longarm Quilting Educator Event Nov. 15-18.  Remember everyone who buys a Longarm machine from us gets 1 FREE National Educator Class at our next event.
